Eurodan-huse is a Danish family-owned house builder that has been building houses since 1978.

Today led by brothers Thomas and Rasmus Dahl. A company with history behind it and a core value of doing things properly.

But in a market defined by rising interest rates, price pressure, material noise and low consumer confidence, doing things properly had become invisible. Everyone was talking about price, quality and dream homes. We helped Eurodan-huse own what they have always stood for

A complex market where everything sounds almost the same

The volume house market has one of the most complex decision journeys in Denmark. One of life's biggest investments, 1,000 choices, 10 suppliers all promising the same thing.

We had previously developed a platform for Eurodan-huse – “Til hvem som helst der ikke vælger hvad som helst” (Eng: For anyone who doesn’t choose just anything) – built on quality and on the fact that they do things a little differently than other volume house builders. Eurodan-huse wanted to be known for proper guidance, a proper building process and, ultimately, a proper house.

But the platform needed an extra push to shift the conversation from square meters and promotional prices to life and future – turning their greatest strength, guidance, into a strategic differentiator.

People don't build a house. They build a life.

Based on the insight: “Families aren’t afraid to build. They’re afraid of choosing wrong.” They don’t want a project. They want a partner who listens, guides and takes responsibility.

That is the core of Eurodan-huse. They never build two houses that are exactly alike, because your house should fit your family. At the same time, they have made a series of principled choices that put quality and aesthetics front and centre, with a focus on what truly matters.

In short: Creating a home that works today, tomorrow and in the future.

Doing things properly as a positioning

Together with Eurodan-huse, we defined a position built on three core principles:

Integrity (DA: Ordenlighed):
We do things properly and honestly, even when no one is looking. From materials to finances.

Guidance:
We listen to your ideas, because we know no two families are alike. We are your guide from dream to key handover.

Long-term thinking:
A Eurodan house is built to last a lifetime. Even when life changes.

The position became a new narrative, a new language and a new campaign.

Exemplified by the new hero films with the tagline “Et godt hjem bygget til hele jeres liv”
(Eng: "A good home built for your entire life").
